Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges may be accepted under the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items may be considered final sale if specified.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size or product swaps, subject to availability.
- If your desired item is out of stock, store credit may be issued.
Returns
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@chiildeshego.com with your order number.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
